Competitive solitaire games are very similar in layout to regular Solitaire games. These games use the same or similar means of play which is to move card(s) from pile to pile or card to card, following strict rules of placement.
Competitive solitaire games are multiplayer and usually revolve around 2 or more players playing a regular solitaire game at the same time, and the winner is declared as the first one to finish. There are, however, several versions of games that allow players to play cards on each other players board state, or all players share the same board state, which could lead to much more fun and interactive experience.
