Andar Bahar Rules

Andar Bahar is a popular Indian card game that’s now available to play online in the real money mode and free play demo mode at several fully licensed Indian online casinos.

It’s a fast-paced and relatively simple game, which is why it’s so appealing, and it’s a game of chance rather than a game of skill. Here, you can learn the rules to andar bahar online, plus you can also find out which of today’s top-rated Indian casino sites currently have this game in the regular casino and live dealer casino.

How to play Andar Bahar

Andar Bahar online involves just one standard deck of 52 playing cards. When the game starts, if the dealer begins the round with a red card, it means that they start in the Bahar position. The objective of this game is to try and guess whether the Andar box or the Bahar box will be the winning box. It’s that simple.

By using the responsive player controls, you must place a wager on the possibilities of which box the joker card (the chosen card) will land on. If the chosen card lands on the betting position that you placed a wager on, you will win the round.

There are two sets of boxes in each game of Andar Bahar (the Andar box and the Bahar box). The game starts with a newly shuffled deck of cards, which are then cut before being dealt. The initial card that’s dealt/drawn is known as the joker or the chosen card. It’s placed in the middle of the table face-up for all to see.

You can now place your first wager either on Andar or Bahar. As soon as all bets have been placed, the dealer will call ‘no more bets’ and proceed to draw two cards. The first card goes to the Andar side, and the second card goes to the Bahar side. If the chosen card appears on the Bahar side for your first bet, then you will get 25% of the amount wagered in winnings.

If the joker card isn’t dealt in those first two cards, a second round of betting opens. You can now place a second bet. Any new chips that you add must now be placed in the ‘second bet’ betting area. This can also be on the Andar or Bahar side, just like in the first betting round.

When the chips have finished being placed, cards will now be placed on both sides in alternate piles, one card at a time, starting with the Bahar side. Cards will then keep on being dealt until the joker/chosen card shows up.

The box that the joker lands in will be the winning box. It’s here where it gets exciting because it could be the first, second, fifth, or tenth card, so the anticipation keeps building until it shows up. If you win, the payout is even money (1:1).

What is the Super Bahar Bet?

In many Andar Bahar games, you can place a Super Bahar Bet before a new round begins. If, for example, the first card on the Bahar side turns out to be the joker, and you placed a wager on this outcome, you would receive a Super Bahar payout worth 11:1.

You can place Super Bets in the first and second rounds of betting. Don’t worry if you’re still confused. Just remember that it’s a super-easy game, and most people pick it up after just one or two rounds. The rules sound much more complicated than they are, and a lot of avid players will tell you that getting to grips with the rules is relatively straightforward.
