OVERVIEW OF STRAWBERRY SUNSET

Strawberry sunset is a fun, visual strategy game that allows players to grow their own strawberry garden throughout the course of a day in only a few minutes! Cards give you creative ability, allowing you to add them where you like.

Pay attention to the player guide cards, as they will inform you of which creations lead to the most points! The player with the most points at the end of the game, wins! Let your creative side thrive and remember which cards you need to build the perfect garden in this family friendly game!

SETUP

Setup is fairly simple. First, split the deck into three different sections, sunrise, noon, and sunset. Shuffle each deck to insure everything is mixed well. Next, stack the decks with sunset being on the bottom, then noon, then sunrise on top. Deal each player one card and it is ready!

GAMEPLAY

To begin the game the first player must be chosen. This is simple, as the first player is the player who most recently ate a strawberry. During a player’s turn, they may draw two cards from the deck or one card from the compost pile. Players may play one card and discard the other into the compost pile. This concludes the player’s turn, and it continues on to the next player.

When playing a card, it must lay on top of another card, covering at least a quarter of the card. Cards are placed vertically, creating your own garden as the game progresses. When there are no more cards to draw from, the game comes to an end.

At the end of the game, all players must tally their points. Follow the directions on the player guide to determine how many points each design counts for. The player with the most points, and thus, the most intricate garden, wins the game!

END OF GAME

The game ends when there are no more cards left in the deck to draw from. The player with the most points wins the game!
