OVERVIEW OF RED LIGHT GREEN LIGHT 1,2,3

This game is perfect for quick, fun, family play. It is a wonderful game to teach sequential order and practice it with some speed! The goal is to place as many cards as you can in the order Red Light, Green Light, 1, 2, 3, and start all over again!

One mess up may set you back for the entire game, so make sure you are on your toes and ready to throw down some cards. This game is perfect for any family event where boredom is a potential!

SETUP

To setup the game, shuffle the cards and deal seven cards to each player. Once the deck is in the middle of the playing area and all players are prepared, the game is ready to begin!

GAMEPLAY

The first player must place a Red Light card down in the middle of the table, beginning the sequence. In sequential order, players around the group must then place a Green Light card, a 1 card, a 2 card, then a 3 card. The sequence will begin all over!

Players may play as many cards as they have in the correct order during their turn. As soon as the player has no more cards to be played, it becomes the next player’s turn. If a player does not have any cards to play, they must draw a card from the Draw Pile.

The first player to rid their hand of all their cards wins the game!

END OF GAME

The game comes to an end as soon as a player has no cards remaining in their hand. This player is the winner!
