OBJECT OF DRUNK STONED OR STUPID: The object of Drunk Stoned or Stupid is to not reach negative 7 points. There are no winners, there are only losers.

Drunk Stoned or Stupid is an awesome party game where each round, there is a card is drawn from the top of the stack by the Judge. After the card has been read, all players in the group decide who that card applies to. Everyone can argue their case based off of the other players’ personality, previous experiences, or really anything! 

Accusations will be thrown left and right! The Judge has the final say in the choice, so make sure your argument is persuasive. The last thing you want is to be chosen! If you are chosen for seven cards, you become the loser for the game. 

Expansion packs are available to accommodate larger playing groups!


Place the shuffled deck in the center of the group facedown. The game is ready to begin! 


CLASSIC RULES– best for players that know each other well

A player draws a card from the top of the deck. The player who reads a card out loud first becomes the Judge. After the reading of the card, everyone in the group decides who would deserves that card and why. Everyone can debate the choice.

After the debate, the Judge chooses who gets the card. The chosen player must keep the card and the sham. The player earns a negative point. The player to the left of the Judge becomes the new Judge.

The game continues until a player reaches negative 7 points. This player is the loser. There are no winners in this game, there are only losers. 

THE NICE RULES- best for players who don’t know each other that well

The gameplay is the same as the Classic Rules. The only difference is players are trying to earn the cards. Everyone must try to convince the Judge that they deserve the card. The first player to earn 7 points wins!


The game ends after ten rounds. The player with the highest score wins the game!
