OBJECT OF BANDIDO: The objective of Bandido is to stop Bandido from breaking out of jail.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 1 to 4 Players

MATERIALS: 1 Super Card, 69 Bandido Cards, and Instructions

TYPE OF GAME: Cooperative Card Game

Work with your team to ensure that Bandido does not escape the jail! Block tunnels in a strategic way, but make sure to pay attention! If you block a tunnel too fast with the wrong card, another player may be forced to leave a tunnel open, making Bandido’s escape easy!

Cooperate with everyone, block tunnels, and win the game!

To begin setup, place the Super Card in the middle of the table. Depending on what level of difficulty the group wants to play on, choose a side of the card. Shuffle the deck and place it face down in the middle of the table as well. Each player will then take three cards. The game is ready to begin!

The youngest player will begin the game. Each turn, place one card in a way that it is connected to one or more cards that are already on the table, beginning with the Super Card. The card played has to fit perfectly. Don’t place a card in a way that it makes it impossible to block off a tunnel.

After you have placed a card, draw a card from the Draw Pile. If you have no cards that will play, place all three of your cards underneath the draw pile and draw three new cards. Continue to play until all of the tunnels have been blocked or the draw pile is exhausted.

If one tunnel is open after all of the cards have been used, then the team loses. If all tunnels are blocked, then the team wins!

The game comes to an end when the tunnels have been blocked or the Draw Pile is empty. If the tunnels are blocked, the team wins! If there are still open tunnels when the Draw Pile is empty, then Bandido escapes and the team loses!
