OVERVIEW OF DON’T DROP THE BABY

Don’t Drop the Baby is an action-packed baby shower game that will keep every single one of your guests on their toes. It is highly recommended that you play this game outside, because although everyone will try to not to, one of the eggs is guaranteed to get broken. It is the name of the game! Players will run with eggs that are decorated like a baby carefully balanced on a spoon, all while attempting to not drop it.

SETUP

To setup, give each player a spoon and an egg. The decorative items should be placed so that all of the players have access to them. They will then be given time to decorate their eggs, attempting to make them look like babies.

Once everyone is happy with their eggs, the game can begin.

GAMEPLAY

Before the game can begin, the players should be walked through what they are expected to do. This helps younger players to understand the game before they are being rushed. Once everyone understands their goals, they will place their egg on a spoon.

When they are told, everyone will go! They will go as fast as they can, attempting to not drop their egg, but they can never touch it with their hands!

END OF GAME

The game comes to an end whenever all of the players reach their destination. If the player dropped their baby, then they lose the game. If the player did not drop their baby, then they win the game!
