SETUP

PICNIC RELAY RACE equipment

Put all of the materials for the game inside the two picnic baskets so that each basket has the materials needed for a two-person picnic! Divide the group into two teams and have the teams stand and line up behind the designated starting line.

GAMEPLAY

At the signal, the first player of each team grabs their team’s picnic basket and rushes to the designated “picnic area”. There, the players must set up their picnics by laying down the blanket and setting up the plates, silverware, napkins, and wine glasses. Once done, the players must pack them up again and put them into the picnic baskets. Then, they must run back to the starting line to hand the picnic basket over to the next person on their team in order to continue the relay. The second player of each team then does the same. And so on until every player has had a turn at quickly setting up a picnic. Players will have so much fun racing against their friends. While there are other entertaining picnic games this one is sure to get your heart racing.

END OF GAME

Unlike other fun relay races there is no finish line. You and your team member must finish setting up the picnic to end the relay races. The first team to finish the relay wins the game!
