SING ALONG ROAD TRIP GAME

OBJECTIVE OF SING ALONG: The objective  of Sing Along is to score as many points as possible before the road trip ends.  

NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 2 or More Players 

MATERIALS: No Materials are Needed 

TYPE OF GAME: Road Trip Singing Game 

AUDIENCE: Ages 8 and Up 

OVERVIEW OF SING ALONG 

Sing Along is another game that is perfect for the family that is musically inclined. Throughout this game, players will attempt to sing a line or two of a song once the song has been randomly paused. If the players are unable to do so, then they lose a point! On the other hand, if they are able to keep the song going, then they can rock out with more points in their pocket! 

SETUP 

To setup for the game, simply review the rules with the other players in the car. One player will be nominated to go first! The game can then begin. 

GAMEPLAY 

To begin the game, a player will play a song from their phone. It is better to use more popular songs, that way nobody is completely in the dark. The player with the phone will randomly pause the song at any point, and the first player must then take up their new career in singing!  

The player must attempt to sing one or two lines of the song after it is paused. The number depends on what the players decide is adequate. If the player is not able to finish a line or two, then they lose a point. If they can finish it, then they will earn a point.  

Once that player has taken their turn, a new player will play a song, and a new player will sing along! The game continues in this manner until the trip comes to an end.   

END OF GAME 

 The game comes to an end when the road trip ends. The players will tally their scores. The player with the most points at the end of the trip, wins!
