WAIT ON MOM

OBJECTIVE OF WAIT ON MOM: The objective of Wait on Mom is to be the player with the most candies when the day comes to an end.  

NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 2 or More Players 

MATERIALS: 1 Small Bell and 1 Bag of Candies 

TYPE OF GAME: Party Game 

AUDIENCE: Ages 5 and Up 

OVERVIEW OF WAIT ON MOM 

Wait on Mom is the perfect Mother’s Day game that allows Mom to be spoiled while everyone else gets competitive! Mom will be given a bell early in the morning, along with a bag of candy. Every time she rings the bell, someone must rush to her to complete whatever it is that she needs. Whoever gets there first, gets a candy! Who will be sugared up when the game comes to an end? 

SETUP 

Setup is quick and simple, with very little planning. Before the game begins, Mom should be given a bell and a bag of candy. Everyone else should be told the rules of the game. Once everyone is ready, the game is ready to begin! 

GAMEPLAY 

Throughout the day, everyone participating should listen closely for the bell at any point in the day. Anytime Mom rings the bell, someone must rush to her side. She could need anything, including a drink, her shoes, or even breakfast in bed! The first player that reaches her earns a candy.  

The players have to keep up with their candy throughout the day in order to have a chance at winning. The game will continue this way until the day comes to an end! 

END OF GAME 

The game comes to an end at the end of the day. At that point, everyone that participated throughout the day tallies their candies. Whoever has the most candies, wins the game!
