OVERVIEW OF A PLUS B

A Plus B

An elevated dare game, A Plus B, will keep you on your toes. This game is best played if you are already sufficiently tipsy, but it’s a riot at any point in the party!

SETUP

Nothing is needed to set up this game, but every player should sit or stand in a circle facing each other. Choose one person to close their eyes first. This person is “it.”

GAMEPLAY

“It” closes their eyes. The player to the right of “it” must then choose a random player in the group to be A, loudly announcing to the group that the player they choose is A (but don’t announce who!). Then the player to the left of “it” must choose player B in the same manner. A or B can be anybody in the circle, including the person choosing the player or the person closing their eyes. Once both players A and B are known to the rest of the group, “it” must open their eyes.

“It” then decides one of the following (keeping in mind that they personally could be player A or B):

  • What A does to B
  • What B does to A
  • What A and B do together.

A and B then announce themselves do the dare. If A or B is the player that closed their eyes, the other players must let them know so that they can do the dare.

Examples of dares include:

  • A must kiss B on the forehead.
  • B must smell A’s armpit.
  • A and B must both finish their drinks.

Once the dare is complete, the person to the left of “it” is now “it.”

END OF GAME

Continue playing until every player has had a chance to choose the dares and be “it.”
