FUN BACHELOR PARTY GAMES
Not sure what kind of games is best suited for the group? These are fun bachelor party games that are sure to be a hit with everyone!
1. BOCCE BALL
If the weather allows, you’ve got to play some yard games to get the party started. And, of course, there’s no backyard game more classic than Bocce Ball. This game involves throwing your team’s ball as close to the small white pallino as possible.
Instead of alternating throws between teams, a team must keep throwing their balls until their ball is closest to the pallino. After each team throws 4 balls, the team with the closest ball to the pallino wins. They earn as many points as they have balls closer to the pallino than the other team’s closest ball. The first team to earn 12 points wins!
2. DARTS
Another absolute classic game that you should absolutely play at a bachelor party is darts. You can either set up a dartboard at home or head to a bar that has one (it shouldn’t be too hard to find!). There are a few different games you can play with darts, including 501 and Around the World.
In 501, each team starts with 501 points and must try to get to 0 before the other team. But remember: you have to hit exactly 0 points!
In Around the World, you hit the numbers in numerical order, starting from 1 to 20 – simple as that!
3. KAN JAM
- KAN JAM, THE ULTIMATE TEAM GAME - Played similarly to cornhole or horseshoes,...
- FOUR PLAYER FRISBEE SLAM - Two teams of two with partners alternating between...
- FOLDS FLAT ON-THE-GO - The disc golf basket compact design folds down flat and...
One of our new favorite games to play at a bachelor party is Kan Jam. An easy-to-play team game, this game is sure to get everyone hyped up for the party at night! This is a great game to play when the weather allows and is a super fun iteration of the classic lawn game cornhole.
Divide everyone into two teams of two, with the teams standing behind the two Kans, which are placed 50 feet away from one another. The two team members must throw and deflect the disc. After each team member has had a chance to throw as well as deflect, the next team gets their turn. You earn points according to where you hit the Kan! The first team to 21 points wins!
4. HUMAN DOODLE
Once you’re ready to head out for the day or night, a super fun bachelor party game we highly recommend playing is Human Doodle. To play this, everyone will need to wear a plain white t-shirt and carry some markers. Then, throughout the day or night, everyone must ask random people to write or draw on it! Don’t forget to keep the t-shirt as a souvenir of this pretty epic night with your friends and family!
5. PUB GOLF
Another great game to play while you’re out and about with your mates for the bachelor party is Pub Golf. This is a super classic game that you may already be familiar with. But if you’re not, don’t worry. The rules are simple.
To play, everyone will need a scoring sheet, and you’ll need to prep 9 or 18 holes (or bars) to visit throughout the course of the game. At each hole, the players must drink a designated drink or choose from a list of designated drinks. Then, the players must score according to how many sips or gulps it takes to finish the chosen drink. Just like normal golf, the player with the lowest score wins!
Note: there are many variations of Pub Golf, so feel free to add to or edit any rules to best fit the group you’re with!
6. QUESTION MASTER
Question Master is yet another game that you can incorporate into the night for the duration of the bachelor party. The premise is simple: designate one player as Question Master. The Question Master’s goal is to get someone to answer one of their questions. For everybody else, a great way to avoid this is to answer the question with another question. If someone answers the Question Master’s question, they become the new Question Master!
7. MAKE A RULE
Make a Rule is a super fun bar-hopping game that is easy in theory but difficult to play, which will result in some pretty drunk party-goers! Every half an hour or hour (depending on the level of difficulty you want to play), someone must make a rule. But here’s the catch: you must remember all the rules from the entire night! If you break a rule, you must either finish your drink or take a shot.
Here are some rule examples:
- Don’t look at your phone.
- Don’t swear
- Pretend to be from a different country at each bar
- Don’t say the groom’s name
BACHELOR PARTY DRINKING GAMES
Of course, most bachelor parties require drinking games. If you’re determined to get everyone drunk at this party, there’s no better way to do this than to play some drinking games.
If you’d like some more ideas, head over to our Beer Olympics games list.
8. CASE RACE
If you really want to get wild tonight, one of the fastest games to get everyone pretty tipsy is to play Case Race. The game is simple, and anyone can join in (as long as they are over-age). Divide everyone into two teams and get ready to race to finish an entire 24-pack of beer! The first team to finish the whole pack wins!
9. RIDE THE BUS
Ride the Bus is a drinking game on the slightly more complicated side, but it is fairly easy to pick up once you get the hang of it. In this game, one player will need to act as the dealer.
To play, the dealer holds a deck of cards face down. Then, the dealer goes around asking each player the following questions:
- Red or black: The player must guess whether the card that will be flipped over is red or black.
- Higher or lower: The player must guess whether the card that will be flipped over is higher or lower in value than the previous card.
- In between or outside: The player must guess whether the card will be in between or outside the value of the two cards already in front of them.
- Suit: The player must guess the suit.
Anytime a player gets an answer wrong, they must take a drink.
Once players have all four cards in front of them, it’s time to play the pyramid. The dealer forms a pyramid with five cards on the base, then four, then three… and so on. All the cards should be face down. Then, flip over the cards one by one. The bottom row is worth 1 drink, the row above is worth 2 drinks, and so on. Players who have a card of equal rank to the card flipped over can give a player or players the number of drinks for that row. They can also place their card on top of that card. Continue until you play the entire pyramid.
And finally, it’s time to ride the bus. Only the loser, the player with the most cards still left in their hand, will need to ride the bus. Riding the bus means the dealer asks the player the four questions like the beginning of the game, but anytime they get it wrong, they must take a drink and start from the beginning until they get all four answers right in a row.
10. FLIP CUP
Want to play a rowdy drinking game for the bachelor party? Try Flip Cup, one of the best party games for adults! To play, set up solo cups filled with an alcoholic drink of your choice in each cup. Make sure there’s an even number of cups on each side for equal team numbers.
The two teams stand on opposite ends of the table. The first player must drink the entire contents of the cup and then flip their cup by placing it face up and flicking it from the bottom so that it lands face down. Once successful, the next player in the team can drink and flip their cup. The first team to finish all their drinks and flip their cups wins!
11. BEER PONG
Of course, one of the most common and popular drinking games to play at any bachelor party is Beer Pong. A classic house party game, all you need to play is a long table, two ping pong balls, and 10 cups per team arranged in a pyramid formation at either end of the table.
Fill up these cups with an alcohol of your choice, and then two teams of two stand behind the two pyramids. Teams take turns trying to throw the ping pong balls into one of the cups of the opposing team. If a cup is sunk, that team must drink the contents of the cup and put the cup to the side. The first team to sink all of the opposing team’s cups wins!
Obviously, there are plenty of house rules to follow as well, so head on over to our Beer Pong game rules.
12. DRUNK JENGA
If you love Jenga and drinking, why not combine the two and play Drunk Jenga? First, you’ll need to set up the game by writing rules on each of the Jenga blocks. Examples of rules include:
- Drink for 5 seconds
- Do 20 pushups
- Take a shot
- Never have I ever
- Arm wrestle the person to your right; loser takes a shot
Then, simply play Jenga as normal, removing blocks from the tower one by one and placing them at the top. Just make sure to follow the rules of the block you remove. The player who causes the tower to fall must finish their drink as punishment!
13. NEVER HAVE I EVER
Never Have I Ever is a perfect ice breaker drinking game for a bachelor party, especially if there are players who don’t know everyone in the group. To play, players start with 10 fingers up. Then, players take turns stating one thing they have never done. All other players who have done the thing stated must put a finger down and take a drink. Once a player puts all 10 fingers down, they are eliminated from the game and must finish their drink.
14. MOST LIKELY
Another great drinking game to get the bachelor party started is Most Likely. Everyone must stand or sit in a circle. Then, players take turns asking a question beginning with: Who is most likely to…? Examples include:
- Who is most likely to get blackout drunk tonight?
- Who is most likely to get someone’s number tonight?
- Who is most likely to vomit at the end of the night?
- Who is most likely to get arrested?
- Who is most likely to win a game of beer pong?
Once a question is raised, everyone must point at the player they believe this applies to. Each player must sip as many times as they have fingers pointed at them.
15. RAGE CAGE
Rage Cage is a super fun drinking game that can get a bit messy, so be warned! If you want to play this game, you’re going to need a bunch of solo cups, 2 ping pong balls, and a table.
Put all the cups in the middle and fill them up ⅓ of the way with a drink of your choice. Then, two players on opposite ends of the table must grab a ping pong ball each and a drink from the middle. After finishing the drink, they must try to bounce the ping pong ball into the emptied cup. Once the cup is in, they can pass the cup to the person on their left who must try to bounce the cup into the empty cup.
At some point in the game, if the ball accidentally bounces into a cup in the middle with a drink inside, the player must finish that drink first and stack it onto the empty cup before they can start bouncing the ball into the cup again.
The game gets super exciting when two people are trying to bounce a ball into their cup side by side. When the person on the right makes it into their cup before the person on their left, they can stack their cup onto the next player’s cup. When this happens, that player must take a cup from the middle and drink it.
16. KING’S CUP
Do you have some solo cups and a deck of cards? One of the best drinking games to play with these materials on hand is King’s Cup.
Place a cup in the middle of the table and spread out the cards around the cup face down. Then, players take turns removing a card from the ring of cards, trying not to break the ring. Whenever a player removes a card, they must follow the rule of the card, which is determined before the start of the game. Or you can simply follow the guide above.
Generally, the number 4 card’s rule is “girls drink,” but since there are likely no girls at the bachelor party, you can change this to something else of your choosing.
17. GOD SAVE THE QUEEN
God Save the Queen is an incredibly simple drinking game you can play in any setting, even in a bar. To play, you’ll need a penny. At any point, you can drop a penny into someone else’s drink. When this happens, that player must drink the entire contents of their drink in order to “save the queen.” Afterward, that player then gets to keep the penny to drop into someone else’s drink.
18. SHOT ROULETTE
There are a few different ways to play Shot Roulette. But the easiest is to grab some shot glasses, put them in a circle around the table, and place an empty bottle in the middle that you can spin around. These shot glasses should be filled with a variety of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Players then take turns spinning the bottle. They must drink whatever shot it is the bottle lands on. After taking the shot, the player should refill the shot with the same drink.

In Catan, players fight to be the dominant force of the land by building roads, settlements, and cities. Players take turns rolling dice to determine what resources they can get each round. Spend these resources to produce brick, wood, ore, wheat, and sheep in order to build and develop your part of the land.
20. CLUE
- Features a card-revealing mirror
- Who committed the murder in the mansion.
- Eliminate the suspects and discover whodunit, with what and where
Is the groom a big fan of murder mysteries? If so, one of the best board games you can play for the bachelor party is Clue, of course! In this classic board game, everyone competes to figure out the murder mystery. Discover the murderer, the murder weapon, and the murder location by crossing off clues one by one.
Clue is the perfect board game for up to 6 players, so it’s great for a smaller bachelor party. To play, players take turns rolling the 2 dice to move spaces in order to get to different rooms in the mansion. Once in a room, you can make a guess about the murderer, the murder weapon, and the murder location. Then, starting with the player on your left, they will show you one clue that contradicts what you say. If the player on your left doesn’t have anything, the player to the left of that player must show something, and so on.
If no one can contradict your statement, you can confidently solve the mystery!

To play, divide everyone into two teams, with one person on each team acting as the spymaster. The spymasters should sit on one side of the table with the rest of the players on the other. The spymasters then take turns saying one single word followed by the number of squares their team must guess. Just try your best not to hit the assassin!

Liar’s Dice is a drinking board game that combines elements of poker with dice. Sounds perfect for a bachelor party, doesn’t it? But instead of wagering actual money, you’ll be wagering drinks. It is a drinking game, after all.
In this game, each player has a set of 5 dice that they will keep hidden under a cup. Then, players take turns making bets on the number of dice on the table, including other players’ dice. At any point, a player may call another player a liar. For example, if a player bets there will be four 3s on the table, and a player yells liar, everyone must lift their cups. If there are indeed at least four 3s, the player who yelled liar must drink 3 times. But if the player that bet the four 3s was wrong, they must drink.

Some of the best games to play at any party, including a bachelor party, are social deduction or hidden role games. While there are many hidden role games out there, one of our favorites is Werewolf. You’ll need to gather at least 7 people to play this game, with the more people playing, the better! This is one of the best games for larger groups.
At the beginning of the game, players are given a hidden role that they must play. The villagers have the objective of saving their village from the werewolves, while the werewolves aim to kill all the villagers and take over the village.
In each round, players are accused and killed, so deduce carefully in order to save the village. Or if you’re a werewolf, act accordingly so that you can secretly take over the entire village!
29. DRUNK STONED OR STUPID
- 250 prompt cards to decide who is MOST LIKELY TO...
- This game can get real. Prepare to call out your friends.
- Contains the same cards as the game "WHO'S MOST LIKELY TO..."
As you might be able to tell from the name of the game, Drunk Stoned or Stupid is a super funny drinking card game perfect for parties. The premise is simple: players take turns acting as the Judge. The Judge for the round picks a card from the top of the deck and read it out loud. Then, all players must decide who that card best applies to. After hearing everyone’s arguments, the Judge decides who takes the card. The first player to gain 7 cards loses!
30. TEXAS HOLD’EM
Probably one of the most classic card games you can play at a bachelor party is Texas Hold’em, the most popular poker game.
To play this game, the dealer deals out two pocket cards to each player. After the initial deal, everyone starts making their first bid. Then, after a round of bidding, the dealer will flip over the first three cards from the deck. After viewing these cards, you can bid or fold once again. The dealer will then deal out a fourth card, leading to another round of bidding or folding. And finally, the dealer will deal the fifth and final community card, after which there is a final round of bidding and folding.
After every round is over, it’s time for the showdown! All players still in the game reveal their cards. The player with the highest ranking hand wins the pot!
This is, of course, a very simplified version of the game rules, so head on over to our Texas Hold’em rules for a more detailed explanation on how to play.

TIPS FOR ORGANIZING AN AWESOME BACHELOR PARTY
No matter what you do at the party, with a little planning and some thought, you can organize an absolutely epic bachelor party. The above games will really help in making sure the groom and his guests have the most amazing night ever. But here are some additional tips to help you organize an awesome bachelor party!
KNOW THE GROOM
The first and most crucial step is to understand what the groom likes. Is he into adventure sports, or does he prefer a quiet night with close friends? Tailoring the event to his interests will ensure he enjoys every moment. Similarly, you should also tailor the games you play according to the groom’s interests. For example, if he doesn’t really like poker, there’s no point in playing Texas Hold’em or Liar’s Dice.
PLAN AHEAD OF TIME
Last-minute plans can lead to a whole lot of unnecessary stress and perhaps missed opportunities as well. So, always plan ahead of time. After all, you want this to be a night to remember.
PLAN DIVERSE ACTIVITIES
While it’s important that you keep the groom happy, it’s worth having a mix of activities to cater to different interests within the group. Incorporate a combination of high-energy and relaxing activities. This could include daytime adventures like paintball or go-kart racing, followed by a more laid-back evening with a gourmet dinner or a night out at a favorite bar or club, with some games to play during the downtime, of course!
BE SAFE
You don’t want a The Hangover situation on your hands. Always be safe and plan accordingly when it comes to alcohol. For example, make sure there’s a way to get home after a night out if you are planning the party the night away. Hiring a driver or figuring out a taxi situation beforehand can really help everyone enjoy the night without worrying about how to get home afterward.
BE FLEXIBLE
Here’s the thing: No matter how much or how well you plan out the bachelor party, you may still encounter unexpected hiccups. So, always be flexible and be prepared to adjust any plans accordingly. There’s no need to cause any stress within the group, so some flexibility can go a long way in still having a great night no matter what!
